Role Overview:
This role owns the company’ s paid advertising, from planning and launch through to ongoing optimisation. The successful candidate will manage campaigns across major platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads and programmatic, using performance data and market insight to bring in customers more efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, execute, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across major platforms (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, etc.).
• Own the full paid ads funnel — from audience targeting and creative briefing to performance tracking and continuous optimisation.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance metrics to continuously improve acquisition efficiency.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new paid ad opportunities and stay ahead of industry shifts.
• Test and iterate on different ad formats, messaging, and audience strategies to improve campaign outcomes.
Requirements
• Experience in the CFD or Crypto industry is highly advantageous
• Familiarity with paid advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, or other performance-driven networks.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional European or Asian language skills are highly advantageous.
• A self-starter attitude, capable of managing multiple campaigns and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
