Role Overview:
This entry-level associate role supports the sales and marketing team with research, data collection, administration and day-to-day campaign activity. The successful candidate will help gather campaign and competitor insights, keep company systems up to date, and assist with promotional activity across digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Collect quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns
• Perform market analysis and research on competition
• Support the sales and marketing team in daily administrative tasks and localisation projects
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, email, push notifications and web)
• Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
Requirements
• Great interest in the finance and trading industry
• Strong desire to learn along with a professional drive
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Passion for the marketing industry and marketing approaches
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English are a must, working proficiency in Mandarin is highly regarded, and other additional European or Asian language skills are highly advantageous.
