Key Responsibilities:
Lead the design, development, and implementation of engineering projects, ensuring they meet technical specifications and deadlines as an individual contributor.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, quality assurance, and operations, to deliver high-quality solutions.
Utilize your international experience to provide insights into best practices and innovative approaches from global markets.
Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a collaborative and learning-oriented environment.
Conduct technical reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve project outcomes.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements, applying this knowledge to enhance our engineering processes.
Develop and maintain documentation for all engineering projects, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulations.
Participate in customer meetings to understand requirements and provide technical expertise.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Software, or related field); Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 of experience in engineering roles, with at least 1 in an international setting.
Proven track record of successful project management and execution in diverse environments.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovative solutions.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficiency in Golang, Node.js preferred.
