Staff IT Engineer

The Opportunity The IT team at Euna Solutions is looking for a Staff IT Engineer to set the technical direction for enterprise IT infrastructure and guide a team of Senior Engineers and Engineers in executing against it. You will own the architecture of cloud and on-premises solutions, serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, and drive automation and AI-assisted tooling that accelerates how the team operates. What You'll Do Define technical direction and architecture standards for IT infrastructure, setting the vision that Senior Engineers and Engineers execute against Serve as the primary escalation point for complex issues, outages, and architectural decisions across the IT organization Design and implement automation scripts, workflows, and tools using platforms such as n8n and AI-assisted development tools including Claude Code, Codex, and Warp Architect and oversee enterprise IT solutions across cloud and on-premises environments, ensuring scalability, security, and compliance Mentor Senior Engineers and Engineers through technical guidance, configuration reviews, and career development support Advise management on infrastructure improvements, security risks, and operational efficiencies Establish documentation standards and maintain internal knowledge resources for IT solutions, processes, and configurations What You Bring 7+ years designing and implementing IT solutions in enterprise environments, including architecting solutions for other engineers to execute Demonstrated experience mentoring engineers and acting as a technical escalation point Strong proficiency in Linux OS administration and troubleshooting across Ubuntu, CentOS, and RHEL, including customization for specialized applications Hands-on experience with Microsoft Intune, Azure Active Directory (SSO, SCIM, conditional access, identity management), and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem Proficiency with system automation using PowerShell, Python, or Bash, and hands-on experience with AI-assisted and agentic development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, or Warp Strong understanding of networking technologies including TCP/IP, VLANs, VPNs, and firewalls, paired with the communication skills to translate technical decisions for business stakeholders Nice-to-Have Qualifications Experience with REST APIs, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), or infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform or Ansible Strong background in cloud security frameworks and compliance standards including NIST, ISO 27001, or CIS benchmarks Experience building or governing AI and automation workflows, such as n8n pipelines or agentic coding tools, in a production enterprise environment Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert (MS-102) or Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator (SC-300) certification Location This position will be hybrid with 3 days/week in our Atlanta, GA office.
