Staffing Director

Job Title : Staffing Director Location : Remote (United States) Company Overview : CPAProLink.com, a division of HiFi Creative LLC, provides high-quality bookkeeping and accounting services to CPA firms in the US. We are seeking an experienced Staffing Director to lead and manage our staffing division, CPAProLink. This role is critical to our mission of connecting CPA firms with top-tier accounting talent. Responsibilities : Leadership and Management : Lead and oversee the staffing division, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives. Talent Acquisition : Develop and implement strategies to attract, recruit, and retain top accounting professionals, including bookkeepers, staff accountants, and CPAs. Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with CPA firms, understanding their staffing needs and ensuring high levels of client satisfaction. Process Improvement : Continuously evaluate and improve staffing processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Team Development : Recruit, train, and mentor a team of recruiters and support staff to ensure a high-performing and motivated workforce. Performance Monitoring : Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the success of staffing operations and make data-driven decisions. Compliance and Standards : Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and maintain high standards of professionalism and ethics in all staffing activities. Budget Management : Manage the staffing division's budget, ensuring cost-effective operations while achieving business objectives. Requirements : Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in a leadership role within the staffing or recruitment industry, preferably in the accounting or finance sector. Strong understanding of the accounting profession and the unique staffing needs of CPA firms. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and remotely, managing a distributed team. Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions. High level of professionalism and integrity. Preferred Qualifications : Experience working with offshore staffing or remote teams. Familiarity with US accounting standards and practices.
