If you’re after impact, there’s no other organisation in Australia that delivers work on this scale.

You're ready to help shape our narrative. Your expertise will amplify the impact of initiatives, foster public trust and ensure our stakeholders are engaged and empowered by what we do.

In this role, you will:

Lead stakeholder engagement and communications for RegStar, Transport for NSW's multi-year transformation program delivering the future of licensing and registration services in NSW.

Develop and deliver engagement strategies aligned with program objectives, identify and manage key internal and external stakeholders, and assess stakeholder impacts and risks.

Build and implement tailored engagement plans, lead consultations, workshops and forums, and develop communication materials to support stakeholder involvement.

Working closely with program and scheme teams, you will ensure communications are timely, coordinated and aligned with consistent program messaging.

The team hub for this role is located in Macquarie Park and there will be the expectation that the successful candidate will be able to commit to our 50% workplace presence requirements.

You have a proven ability to build and maintain exceptional stakeholder relationships, understand complex stakeholder landscapes, and prioritise engagement activities to achieve strategic outcomes.

You are a strategic thinker and problem solver who can navigate complexity, manage multiple workstreams, and translate technical or complex information into clear, compelling narratives. Your strong collaboration and influencing skills enable you to work effectively across diverse teams and stakeholder groups.

Experience within the transport or government sector will be highly regarded, particularly in regulatory environments where understanding internal stakeholder dynamics is critical. You are proactive, adaptable and comfortable operating in fast-paced transformation programs, taking a forward-thinking approach to stakeholder engagement and communications.
