• Part-time, 1-2 days per week, 12-month contract plus potential 12-month extension

About the company

Our client is a newly formed Territory Government division that leads digital transformation across government. It is shaping a Whole of Government ERP Program that will modernise finance and corporate systems across multiple agencies.

About the role

This is a senior advisory role, not a delivery role. You will give the SRO and Program Board independent advice and honest challenge on strategy, governance, risk and benefits, at a stage where early decisions will shape the program for years.

Duties

• Advise the SRO and Program Board on ERP strategy
• Challenge program assumptions, plans and business cases
• Assess delivery readiness at key investment gates
• Identify strategic risks and recommend mitigations
• Guide benefits realisation and operating model change

Skills & experience

• Senior leadership of large-scale ERP transformation programs
• Executive advisory, board or steering committee experience
• Strong ERP governance, assurance and risk management
• SAP, Oracle, Workday, TechnologyOne, Dynamics or similar
• Public sector or whole-of-government experience highly regarded
