Role Description: Develops data-driven strategies that align with clients’ business objectives, enhance performance, and drive sustainable growth. Collaborate closely with leadership, cross-functional teams, and business consultants to analyze markets, identify opportunities, optimize operations, and support strategic decision-making—ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Description: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and risks. Analyses internal performance metrics, processes, and resources. Develop long-term strategic plans and business roadmaps. Prepare data-driven reports and presentations for leadership. Evaluate potential business initiatives using frameworks like SWOT, PESTEL, Porter’s Five Forces, 7S. Support decision-making by providing forecasts, scenario planning, and risk assessments. Monitor implementation of strategic initiatives and track key performance indicators (KPIs). Job Requirements : Experience in management consulting, strategy, or business planning (+2 years depending on seniority). Strong analytical and research skills; ability to translate data into insights. Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities. Solid understanding of financial modelling, KPIs, and strategic frameworks. Knowledge of business frameworks (SWOT, PESTEL, 7S, Porter’s Five Forces, OKRs, KPIs).
