Strategic Planner Specialist

Role Description

The Strategic Planner Specialist at REKAMETRI is a full-time, hybrid role based in Kelapa Gading, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. This role is responsible for developing strategic and operational plans that support business goals, including setting objectives, identifying key initiatives, and defining performance metrics. The specialist conducts market and competitive research, analyzes data and trends, and prepares insights to inform decision-making across departments. Day-to-day activities include collaborating with internal stakeholders, facilitating planning discussions, preparing presentations and reports, and monitoring the execution and effectiveness of plans. The role also involves recommending adjustments to strategies based on performance results, industry changes, and stakeholder feedback.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify patterns, and generate actionable insights.
• Proficiency in market research, including data collection, competitor analysis, and customer insights.
• Excellent communication skills to present findings, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in strategic planning, including setting long-term goals, defining initiatives, and aligning with business objectives.
• Capability in operational planning, including resource allocation, timeline development, and performance tracking.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field; advanced degree is an advantage.
• Comfort with hybrid work arrangements and ability to work effectively both on-site in Kelapa Gading and remotely.
• Proficiency with productivity and data tools (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation software, business intelligence tools).
• Attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience in planning, consulting, or a similar analytical role is preferred.
