Strategic Procurement Specialist | Legal & Professional Services

Our international partner is looking for a Strategic Procurement Specialist to join their team in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing and managing professional service providers, supporting procurement projects, tenders, supplier negotiations, and category strategy activities.

Your tasks will be:

• Manage procurement activities related to legal and professional services.
• Support indirect sourcing projects, tenders (RFP/RFQ) and supplier negotiations.
• Conduct market research and supplier benchmarking.
• Cooperate with Legal, Finance, Compliance and business stakeholders.
• Support contract negotiations and supplier performance reviews.
• Analyze procurement data and prepare management reports.
• Contribute to category strategy, spend management and compliance activities.

What we are looking for:

• Fluency in English.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Category Management or Vendor Management.
• Experience with sourcing, tendering and supplier negotiations.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Experience procuring legal, consulting, audit or tax advisory services is a plus.
