As part of the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence, the Strategic Talent Acquisition Partner, Americas translates global Talent Acquisition strategy, standards, and portfolio initiatives into effective regional solutions. The role identifies regional business and labor-market requirements, drives implementation and continuous improvement, and represents Americas insights within the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence. The position is approximately 50% focused on global initiatives and 50% on regional Americas priorities.

Your Tasks

• Shape and advance the Talent Acquisition strategy and portfolio for the Americas in alignment with the Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence.

• Develop data-informed talent-attraction, sourcing, and employer-branding strategies based on business demand and labor-market conditions, with particular emphasis on critical and hard-to-fill roles.

• Design and implement strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives in collaboration with regional business leaders, People Team stakeholders, and global partners.

• Lead improvements to recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes to increase efficiency, inclusivity, consistency, and the overall candidate and employee experience.

• Lead regional and global Talent Acquisition projects, ensuring Americas requirements are represented and effectively incorporated into implementation plans.

• Analyze Talent Acquisition metrics and workforce data, translate findings into actionable recommendations, and measure the effectiveness of strategies and processes.

• Develop and embed leading Talent Acquisition practices while coaching regional leaders and teams to strengthen capabilities, knowledge sharing, and succession.

Your Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition or a comparable role, preferably within an international environment.

• In-depth understanding of global Talent Acquisition practices, talent-attraction strategies, and labor-market trends.

• Proven experience leading Talent Acquisition projects involving process improvement, capability development, technology implementation, or comparable organizational initiatives.

• Ability to coordinate cross-functional and international project teams and influence stakeholders across organizational levels, functions, and regions.

• Strong analytical skills, with experience tracking and interpreting Talent Acquisition metrics to improve hiring strategies, decisions, and outcomes.

• Experience using applicant tracking systems and recruitment technologies, such as SAP SuccessFactors.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and a customer-focused approach to creating inclusive candidate and employee experiences. Spanish or Portuguese language skills are an advantage. A degree in psychology, human resources, business administration, or a related field—or equivalent professional experience—is preferred.

Additional Information

• Work model and location: This position may be based anywhere within the United States, with a strong preference for the Boston area. Remote candidates elsewhere in the U.S. will also be considered, with a hybrid arrangement available at our Wakefield, Massachusetts office.

• Scope: Approximately 50% Global Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence initiatives and 50% regional Americas initiatives.

• The anticipated annual base pay range for this full-time position is $125,000–$145,000. Actual base pay will be determined based on various factors, including years of relevant experience, training, qualifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additionally, we offer a comprehensive benefits package to employees, including a 401(k) plan with employer match, up to 12 weeks of paid parental leave for birthing parents and 2 weeks for other parents, health plans (medical, dental, and vision), life insurance and disability, and generous paid time off.
