Strategy Analyst

Main responsibilities will include: Play a key role in coordinating the KPI & targets monitoring system across departments, and help drive progress tracking through dashboards and structured reports Take an active role in RPA (Robotic Process Automation) initiatives by managing relationships with business units — including project execution, gathering analysis requirements, and scheduling and tracking automation-related processes Analyze industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor strategies to identify risks and opportunities Support strategic and corporate-level projects, such as performance management systems, government incentive applications and international go-to market execution plans Conduct risk/impact analyses and scenario modeling for corporate level projects, new initiatives and existing operations Collect and synthesize internal and external data; build financial and strategic models to support business decisions Prepare or edit board presentations, investor decks, policy papers, press releases, meeting minutes and stakeholder communication materials Ensure multi-directional communication among teams and management Outline business terms and clauses to be inserted into partnership & key account contracts as final products of high impact deals Review and interpret legal documents and commercial agreements from a business perspective, and support the legal team by identifying key clauses, risks, and implications relevant to corporate priorities. To be successful in this role, you need to have: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or another relevant multi-disciplinary field 1-2 years of professional work experience in strategy, business analysis, management consulting, or a relevant field Strong academic background or professional achievements (please specify clearly in your application) Experience in consultancy, public sector projects, government relations, or corporate development is a plus Strong analytical and quantitative skills at a level where you feel comfortable at building complex spreadsheet models and performing advanced data analysis Solid communication and presentation skills; ability to translate complex concepts into actionable insights Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously with a proactive mindset and strong ownership Business acumen and willingness to learn fast in a dynamic, cross-functional environment Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
