Being in a business support role at Australia Post means helping our people deliver for every Australian. Just like our Posties and frontline teams, you're part of the network that keeps parcels moving and communities connected. Whatever your role, you'll be helping shape the future of Australia Post while making a lasting impact for customers, businesses and the Australian community. Along the way, you'll find a culture of connection, collaboration and flexibility.

About the opportunity

Australia Post's Out of Home (OOH) network is transforming how customers send, collect and return parcels, providing convenient alternatives to traditional delivery through parcel lockers, collection points and other PUDO solutions. As customer expectations continue to evolve, OOH is a key strategic focus area for Australia Post, helping create a more flexible, accessible and scalable parcel network. Join Australia Post’s growing Out of Home (OOH) network and help shape how millions of Australians send, collect and receive parcels.

Reporting to the Strategic Adoption Manager, the OOH Implementation Manager plays a critical role in bringing OOH adoption initiatives to life. Working across marketing, product, commercial, property, sales and operations teams, you'll translate strategic priorities into executable plans, coordinate delivery and ensure initiatives are implemented effectively and on time.

You will help drive adoption of Australia Post's OOH network by managing implementation activities, monitoring progress, identifying risks and dependencies, and supporting continuous improvement through data-led insights and performance tracking. This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy and execution, helping deliver measurable outcomes that improve customer experience and accelerate growth across one of Australia Post's most important strategic priorities.

You’ll also

  • Support the enablement of OOH campaign activation through leveraging geo-targeting, first-party data and marketing effectiveness metrics (Adobe) to support integrated campaigns.
  • Provide insights from audience, campaign and customer performance to inform continuous optimisation, value proposition refinement, improvements in adoption and trial outcomes.
  • Support OOH adoption performance governance through ROI, margin and KPI tracking to deliver impact.
  • Support the coordination of the implementation of OOH adoption initiatives across marketing, product, sales and other stakeholders, ensuring activity is aligned to agreed priorities and delivery milestones

About you
You thrive in roles where strategy, commercial thinking and execution come together. You enjoy turning insights into action and helping translate strategic priorities into practical initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes.

You bring strong problem-solving and analytical capability, using data, customer insights and market intelligence to help identify opportunities, inform decision-making and support the development of growth and adoption strategies. You combine commercial acumen with an analytical mindset, using data modelling, performance analysis and customer insights to inform decision-making and transform ideas into clear plans and effective execution.

You enjoy working collaboratively across diverse teams, bringing stakeholders together around a common goal while balancing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable navigating structured program and governance environments, you have a proven ability to coordinate activity across functions, translate strategic direction into actionable plans, and communicate clear, compelling insights to senior stakeholders. Ultimately, you're motivated by solving complex problems, identifying growth opportunities and delivering lasting commercial impact.
