Stress Analysis Engineer - Full smart working

Progeco Group, a multinational company operating in both the Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy sectors, is currently looking for a:

STRESS ANALYSIS ENGINEER

Main Responsibilities

• Perform stress and flexibility analyses of piping systems using dedicated software tools;
• Develop analytical models to assess static and dynamic loads on process lines, utility systems, and offshore facilities;
• Ensure compliance with international codes and standards (ASME B31.3, ASME B31.4, ASME B31.8, DNV, API, ISO);
• Design and size piping supports, spring supports, snubbers, and restraint systems;
• Evaluate nozzle loads on both static and rotating equipment;
• Prepare technical calculation reports, verification notes, and engineering documentation;
• Participate in technical reviews with clients, vendors, and multidisciplinary engineering teams;
• Support the modeling and structural verification of skids, offshore modules, and packaged equipment when required;
• Contribute to the resolution of engineering issues arising during fabrication, installation, and commissioning phases.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline;
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in similar roles within Oil & Gas, Offshore, or Energy projects;
• Proven experience in the design and verification of complex piping systems;
• Advanced knowledge of software such as CAESAR II, AutoPIPE, and ANSYS;
• Ability to interpret P&IDs, piping layouts, isometric drawings, and technical datasheets;
• Good command of English, both written and spoken (minimum B2 level).

Working hours: Full time - 40hrs per week Mon-Fri
