About the Role ORS are seeking an experienced Structural BIM/Revit Technician to join our multidisciplinary design team, supporting the delivery of complex projects across sectors including life sciences, pharmaceuticals, semiconductor, commercial and industrial developments. Working closely with Structural Engineers and other design disciplines, you will develop and coordinate high-quality BIM models and technical drawings, ensuring compliance with BIM standards and project delivery requirements Key Responsibilities Produce and coordinate detailed structural BIM models and construction drawings using Revit. Develop structural models in accordance with project BIM Execution Plans and document control procedures. Coordinate with Structural Engineers, Architects and MEP teams to resolve design and clash issues. Participate in multidisciplinary coordination Maintain model accuracy, quality and compliance throughout all project stages. Prepare and update drawings, schedules and model documentation for project deliverables. Ensure BIM standards, naming conventions and revision control processes are consistently followed. Support project delivery across multiple concurrent projects, meeting programme and quality requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflows. Mentor junior technicians where appropriate and provide technical support to the wider design team. Support the implementation of BIM automation tools Essential Requirements Experience working on semiconductor, life sciences/pharma, large scale projects would be a significant advantage. Proficient in Revit, NavisWorks Knowledgeable and respectful of compliance with Doc Control and BIM Execution protocol Proficient in working on BIM360/ACC platforms Good communication skills Dynamic, energetic, good team player, good communication skills (verbal, e mail, Teams messaging) Desirable Requirements Lead technicians as well as project design engineers are welcome Familiarity with Dynamo, Script etc would be an advantage Level 7 Structural Qualification desirable What We Can Offer You Being part of ORS means more than just a job, it means joining a company that invests in you and your ambitions with transparency, structure and support.
