About the role

The Nordics Commercial Activation team is looking for a Student Assistant to help drive the commercial agenda across the region. This is a hands-on role supporting activation, trade engagement, and field sales enablement across Sweden, Denmark, and Norway, with direct exposure to local markets and cross-functional commercial teams.

What your day will look like

In this role, you will typically focus on:

• Own a defined commercial activation project end-to-end, with autonomy to drive it forward
• Support the development and execution of activation plans across Nordic markets and channels
• Help strengthen trade engagement through customer materials, toolkits, presentations, and performance follow-up
• Enable field sales teams with clear selling stories, activation guidance, and practical tools for execution
• Track activation performance, consolidate market feedback, and identify opportunities to improve commercial impact across the Nordics

What we’re looking for

• Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Business, Marketing, Economics, or similar)
• Strong analytical and organisational skills, with confidence using Excel and PowerPoint
• Commercially curious and interested in how brands win with customers, retailers, and shoppers
• A proactive ownership mindset, with the ability to turn plans into clear and practical execution
• Fluent in English; a Nordic language is an advantage

For this role, the Hourly Salary is 160 DKK.
