Student Success Manager (Fully Remote)

Elephant & Cross is a Malta-based education company. We work with professionals who want to earn UK-regulated diplomas and degrees alongside full-time employment, in partnership with UK awarding organisations and universities.

We are recruiting a Student Success Manager to take ownership of the student experience from enrolment through to completion.

The role

The Student Success Manager is the primary point of contact for our students. The role is predominantly telephone-based and combines student support with responsibility for guiding students towards the next stage of their academic pathway.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct induction calls with newly enrolled students
• Monitor student progress and make contact with students who have fallen behind
• Respond to student queries by telephone, WhatsApp and email
• Conduct completion calls: gather feedback and testimonials, and advise students on progression to their next qualification
• Guide students through Get Qualified Scheme applications
• Prepare and submit university applications and supporting documentation
• Maintain accurate student records in our CRM
• Report weekly on retention, progression and student feedback

Requirements

• Fluency in Maltese and English, written and spoken
• A qualification at MQF Level 5 or above (or currently studying for)
• A minimum of two years' experience in a customer-facing telephone role: customer success, account management, retention, sales, recruitment, banking or insurance
• Currently based in Malta
