You will work closely with our international colleagues and partner organizations to resolve issues and provide the best possible experience for our students.
Your Main Responsibilities
· Be a trusted point of contact for students and parents throughout the exchange period.
· Provide guidance and support to students facing challenges abroad, including host family issues, school difficulties, or homesickness.
· Handle questions and concerns from students and parents in a professional and empathetic manner.
· Coordinate with international partners and local teams to find solutions to student-related issues.
· Proactively follow up on student wellbeing and ensure a positive exchange experience.
· Maintain clear and regular communication with students, parents, and partner organizations.
· Manage student cases and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
· Collaborate with international colleagues to continuously improve the student experience.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone who is passionate about international education and enjoys helping young people and their families.
To succeed in this role, you should be empathetic, proactive, organized, and solution-oriented. You are a strong communicator who can remain calm under pressure and handle sensitive situations professionally.
Ideally, you have previous experience in student support, customer service, international education, or a similar role. Personal experience studying, living, or working abroad is a plus.
You should be comfortable using digital tools and working in an international environment.
· Excellent English communication skills are essential, and fluency in Dutch and/or Polish is highly valued.
· We are looking for someone who is available 32 hours a week, but this is negotiable.
