About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Supplier Enablement Specialist / SME to support a global procurement digital transformation project.

The role focuses on onboarding suppliers to a global procurement platform, automating supplier communications, implementing supplier catalogs, and configuring cXML and PunchOut integrations.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical skills in Microsoft Power Automate, Coupa, cXML, PunchOut, and hosted catalogs with excellent supplier communication and troubleshooting abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage Microsoft Power Automate flows to automate supplier communications, reminders, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate supplier onboarding and communication campaigns, including post-go-live activities.
• Configure and troubleshoot cXML connections and PunchOut integrations.
• Build, validate, upload, and migrate hosted and PunchOut catalogs.
• Support Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) enablement and supplier transactional processes.
• Validate catalog files, coordinate integration testing, and resolve technical issues.
• Track supplier responses, onboarding progress, readiness, and project status.
• Provide expert guidance to team members on cXML, catalog setup, and supplier enablement.
• Prepare SOPs, training materials, and knowledge-transfer documentation.
• Collaborate with suppliers, procurement teams, category managers, and IT stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and go-live.

Required Skills & Experience

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Automate, including building and configuring automated workflows.
• Practical experience with cXML, PunchOut, and hosted catalog setup.
• Experience with Coupa Supplier Portal (CSP) or a similar supplier procurement platform.
• Knowledge of EDI and EDI-to-cXML conversion.
• Experience in supplier onboarding, catalog management, procurement systems, or eProcurement implementation.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities in a project environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Good to Have

• Experience with Coupa implementation, supplier migration, or procurement transformation programmes.
• Knowledge of SAP procurement processes.
• Spanish language proficiency.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, SOPs, and training materials.
