Supply Chain Analyst / Supply Chain Coordinator / Supply Chain Specialist

Role Description This full-time remote role is designed for a Supply Chain Analyst, Supply Chain Coordinator, or Supply Chain Specialist who will support end-to-end supply chain activities. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring demand and inventory levels, analyzing data to identify trends, and preparing reports to support procurement and production decisions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely order fulfillment, accurate inventory records, and efficient logistics operations. The specialist will help maintain master data, track key performance indicators, and assist in implementing process improvements and supply chain best practices. This position requires regular virtual collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders and adherence to company policies and compliance standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to perform Demand Planning activities and support forecasting processes.
• Strong Analytical Skills for data interpretation, reporting, and decision support.
• Clear and professional Communication skills for collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience with Supply Chain Operations, including order management and supplier coordination.
• Knowledge of Inventory Management principles, such as stock control and replenishment.
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and ERP or supply chain management systems.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, steel, or industrial sectors is beneficial but not required.
