About the Opportunity

At WIN SOURCE, a Supply Chain Consultant does more than share industry knowledge—you help us better understand customer needs, interpret supply chain developments and build valuable professional collaborations.

Drawing on your experience in electronics procurement, supply chain management or supplier quality, you will provide practical insight and recommendations for agreed projects. Depending on the engagement, you may also contribute to customer discussions, project reviews or industry content.

We value your professional judgment and industry perspective. Through flexible, project-based collaboration, you can apply your expertise in a broader international supply chain context and help explore meaningful opportunities for cooperation.

Scope of Collaboration

• Industry Interviews & Knowledge Sharing: Share practical experience in electronic components procurement, market developments, supply challenges and supplier management through paid interviews.
• Supply Chain Insights: Provide expert perspectives on procurement needs, supply-demand changes, lead times, inventory, EOL/PCN issues, supplier reliability, product authenticity and traceability.
• Customer & Project Support: Participate in customer meetings, project discussions or customer visits when relevant to the agreed engagement, helping the team understand procurement and supply chain needs.
• Professional Content Collaboration: Contribute, as agreed, to industry articles, interviews, white papers or other professional content.
• Industry Engagement & Introductions: Where appropriate and voluntary, help build industry connections or introduce potential partners. There are no fixed sales targets.

What You Bring

• Practical experience in electronic components procurement, supply chain management, supplier quality (SQE) or related electronics manufacturing fields.
• Experience in EMS, OEM, electronics manufacturing or electronic components supply chain businesses is preferred.
• A practical understanding of procurement processes and supply chain challenges involving component shortages, lead times, inventory, EOL/PCN and supplier management.
• Strong professional communication skills and the ability to share practical experience clearly and objectively in interviews, project discussions or customer conversations.
• Experience collaborating across organizations, participating in industry forums or supporting supply chain projects is an advantage.
• Ability to provide support within the mutually agreed project scope and timeline.

Engagement & Compensation

• Flexible Engagement: Collaborate within a mutually agreed scope, which may include interviews, project contributions, customer meetings or site visits.
• Agreed Fees: Compensation is determined by the type, scope and deliverables of the engagement. Any fees for qualified referrals will be agreed in advance and handled in accordance with applicable compliance requirements.
• No Fixed Sales Targets: This is not a full-time role and carries no fixed sales KPIs. Industry introductions are voluntary and subject to mutual agreement.
