About the Role
The Supply Chain Coordinator will support the day-to-day execution of supply chain activities to ensure product availability, timely production and delivery, and accurate supply chain information. This role will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, contract manufacturers, logistics partners, and other external stakeholders to coordinate supply, track orders and production, identify risks, and drive timely resolution of issues.
What You’ll Do
Maintain accurate supply chain data, including purchase orders, inventory information, production schedules, supplier information, and other relevant master data.
Prepare and maintain recurring supply chain reports and provide visibility into inventory, open orders, production status, service levels, and supply risks.
Coordinate shipment and delivery activities and support resolution of transportation or logistics issues that may impact product availability.
Support supplier performance tracking and help identify recurring issues or opportunities for improvement.
Maintain organized documentation and ensure timely completion of supply chain processes and administrative requirements.
Proactively identify risks and communicate issues early, providing clear information on impact, recommended next steps, and ownership.

This person will play an important role in ensuring strong operational execution while providing greater visibility into supply chain performance and potential risks.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred.
2–4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, operations, logistics, or a related function.
Experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, or other external business partners.
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify and address issues.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and experience working with ERP systems, NetSuite experience preferred.
Ability to work independently, take ownership of assigned responsibilities, and consistently follow through on commitments.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Skills
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Operations, Business, or a related field preferred, with 2–4 years of experience in supply chain, planning, procurement, operations, logistics, or a related function.
NetSuite experience and experience working with suppliers, manufacturers, logistics providers, or other external business partners.
