We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Web Development Trainer/Instructor to lead and instruct our comprehensive program. Position Overview: As the Web Development Trainer/Instructor, you will play a pivotal role in guiding and mentoring aspiring Web Developers. Your responsibilities will include leading, designing, and delivering our Web Development course curriculum, ensuring our students acquire essential skills and expertise in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and building impactful web projects. This role is a part time contract role covering 4-6 hours daily over a 9-10-week period. An immediate start is preferred for this role. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and deliver an engaging and comprehensive curriculum covering HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and advanced web development concepts. Lead classroom instruction, workshops, and discussions to impart practical insights and best practices in web development. Develop and oversee course materials, including presentations, coding exercises, assignments, and projects to foster an interactive learning environment. Guide and mentor students through the process of creating a Personal Portfolio as a capstone project, offering constructive feedback and support. Provide assistance in testing, debugging, and optimizing code for efficient and responsive web applications. Collaborate with the curriculum development team to continually enhance and update course content to align with industry trends and advancements. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress and provide guidance for improvement. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6 years of hands-on training experience in web development, with proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and DOM manipulation. Strong command over front-end technologies, responsive design, and modern web development practices. Experience in teaching or training individuals in a classroom setting, explaining complex concepts in an easily understandable manner. Proficiency in debugging, testing, and optimizing web applications for performance. Excellent presentation, communication, and mentoring skills.
