๐Ÿ  What We Do

The shift to electric mobility is happening. Electra is accelerating it.

Transportation is one of Europe's biggest sources of carbon emissions. Since 2021, Electra exists to make charging so simple that electric vehicles become the obvious choice for everyone.

In 5 years, we've built a team of 300+ talents from 21 nationalities in 10 countries.

We've grown into one of Europe's leading fast-charging operators by deploying fast, reliable infrastructure and user experiences across our own network, and we're now expanding to thousands more charging points in Europe with our own eMSP.

Backed by over โ‚ฌ1 billion in funding, we're looking for bold, passionate, collaborative talents to drive Europe's energy transition.

If that sounds exciting, we'd love to hear from you!

๐Ÿ’ผ Your Mission

Join the People & Impact team as a Sustainability Project Manager Apprentice and support our Head of Sustainability in rolling out Electra's environmental, social and governance (ESG) strategy. You will work with Finance, People, Operations, Procurement and Communications, as well as our local teams and external partners, and you will be guided so you can gradually take ownership of your projects.

Apprenticeship starting in January 2027, based in Paris or Bordeaux.

๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™€๏ธ๐Ÿฆธโ€โ™‚๏ธ Your Responsibilities

1. ESG reporting, data and roadmap

  • Collect, check and consolidate environmental, social and governance indicators with the relevant teams, and keep dashboards up to date, with reliable and traceable data

  • Contribute to ESG reporting for investors and internal stakeholders, and help update the Performance & Impact Report together with the Communications team

  • Help track the Sustainability roadmap and its priority projects alongside the business teams

2. Assessments, climate and responsible procurement

  • Take part in ESG assessments such as EcoVadis: coordinate information gathering, prepare answers and follow up on improvement plans

  • Contribute to tracking Electra's carbon footprint and emissions reduction trajectory, and support projects on climate risks and the adaptation of our stations

  • Support our Sustainable Procurement strategy (supplier ESG information, sustainability audits) and help commercial teams answer ESG questions and tenders

3. Diversity, inclusion and engagement

  • Support diversity, equity and inclusion projects with the People team, including the DEI barometer and awareness initiatives

  • Contribute to initiatives on disability inclusion and mental health

  • Help communicate and raise awareness of Sustainability topics across Electra

๐Ÿ˜Ž Your Profile

  • You are working towards a master's degree in business, engineering, sustainability or a related field

  • You are interested in environmental and social issues, electric mobility and how companies can take meaningful action

  • You enjoy working with data, are comfortable with spreadsheets and AI, and can check, organise and summarise information

  • You are organised, curious and highly autonomous, you enjoy moving projects forward with a variety of stakeholders, and you raise potential issues early

  • You have good written and verbal communication skills in both French and English

  • Previous experience, an academic project or knowledge of ESG reporting, carbon accounting or ESG assessments is a plus, but not essential

โšก๏ธ What Electra Offers You

  • 1 day of remote work per week

  • Meal vouchers (Swile card: โ‚ฌ10/day of presence in the company, 50% covered by the company)

  • 25 days of paid leave for a full year

  • A team event every quarter with the whole Electra team

  • A CSE platform with many benefits (culture, sports, etc.)

  • The CSE (works council) funds your subscription to Wellpass, a multi-gym access solution giving access to a large network of sports partners throughout France.

Even if your profile doesn't match 100% of every criterion, we encourage you to apply. At Electra, we strive to create an environment where everyone feels comfortable, safe, and free to be themselves.

We are committed to equal opportunities and do not tolerate any discrimination based on religion, cultural background, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, age, or disability.

๐Ÿ’š We value potential, motivation, and a learning mindset just as much as experience. ๐Ÿš€
