Sustainability Specialist

We are looking for a Sustainability Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will help shape Toly’s sustainability journey by developing and implementing eco-friendly strategies, tracking and reporting our environmental impact, ensuring compliance with regulations, and promoting awareness across the group. You will play a key part in strengthening our reputation as sustainability becomes an increasing priority for customers, consumers, governments, and stakeholders. Gather, analyze, and report on (environmental) sustainability metrics, KPIs, progress towards targets and initiatives to various reporting platforms for the Toly Group. Develop (environmental) sustainability strategies and implement action plans across the Toly Group to achieve developed targets and meet commitments. Conduct in-depth research on (environmental) sustainability related topics and regulations. Provide internal and external training to educate employees and customers on sustainability related topics. Engage with customers on sustainability through meetings and presentations. Prepare and deliver presentations on various topics internally and externally. Upkeep of certifications and involvement in membership and committee meetings related to (environmental) sustainability. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree MQF level 6 in Engineering, Sustainability, or related technical field. 2 years’ experience in manufacturing environment.
