Join Nokia's SDK team and contribute to the development of next-generation Software Development Kits (SDKs) for advanced DSP ASICs. As part of our SDK team, you will develop software solutions for Ethernet and OTN client applications on cutting-edge DSP ASIC platforms. Working alongside ASIC, hardware, and system architects, you will contribute to feature development, validation, and integration of next-generation coherent pluggable products, gaining hands-on experience across the complete product development lifecycle.

• Build innovative SDK software that powers Nokia's next-generation coherent DSP ASICs and optical networking solutions
• Develop high-performance C/C++ software on Linux platforms for cutting-edge networking products.
• Work with industry-leading ASIC, firmware, hardware, and architecture teams throughout the entire product lifecycle, from pre-silicon development to post-silicon validation.
• Solve complex technical challenges involving hardware-software interaction, performance optimisation, and system integration.
• Contribute to advanced SDK APIs, software frameworks, and automation solutions that enable faster product development and deployment.
• Drive software quality through testing, debugging, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with global engineering teams to deliver innovative technologies that power the future of networking.
  

Key Qualifications

• B.Tech/BE with CSE & ECE
• 2–4 years of experience in software development using C/C++.
• Strong programming, debugging, and troubleshooting skills in Linux environments.
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating systems, and embedded software concepts.
• Knowledge of Ethernet, OTN, networking protocols, or telecommunications systems.
• Familiarity with DSP, ASIC-based systems, or embedded networking platforms is advantageous.
• Experience with Python and/or Shell scripting for automation and testing is desirable.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional engineering environment.
