🚀 We are hiring: Syndigo MDM Developer (100% Remote - Romania) | Luxoft

Are you an experienced MDM Developer with expertise in Syndigo MDM SaaS and fluency in both English & German(preferred)? We are looking for a key player to join our project for a major European retail leader (headquartered in Düsseldorf)!

You will design, configure, integrate, and support the Syndigo platform across Product, Location, and Supplier domains, playing a pivotal role in multi-domain data modeling and enterprise integrations.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End MDM Development: Design, configure, and maintain Syndigo MDM solutions covering Product, Location, and Supplier domains.
• Data Modeling & Governance: Define multi-domain data models, golden records, governance workflows, and manage RBAC/ABAC models.
• Integrations: Connect Syndigo with ERP systems (SAP), IAM platforms, and digital channels.
• Operations & Compliance: Manage CI/CD pipelines for change deployments, enforce Segregation of Duties, and ensure audit readiness.

🎯 What we are looking for:

• 5+ years of total experience in MDM, data development, or enterprise systems.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Syndigo MDM SaaS.
• Expertise in multi-domain MDM (Product, Location, Supplier).
• Technical toolkit: Python, SQL, and CI/CD pipelines (Bitbucket, Jenkins).
• Strong background in data governance, data flows, and system integration.
• Languages: B2+ English AND B2+ German (essential for collaborating with European stakeholders).

🌟 Nice-to-Haves:

• Prior experience in the Fashion Retail industry.
• Exposure to AWS Services (DynamoDB, Lambda, SQS, EC2, Fargate).
• Experience with Confluent Kafka.
