Responsibilities: Maintain and administer IT systems and services related to banking operations to ensure high availability and performance. Manage network configurations and security protocols specific to banking systems to safeguard sensitive financial data. Install, configure, and support various banking software applications and middleware systems. Monitor system performance and conduct regular audits to identify potential security risks and compliance issues. Collaborate with IT staff and external vendors to implement improvements and upgrades to banking systems. Provide technical support and guidance to banking staff regarding system operations and troubleshooting. Ensure strict adherence to banking regulations and industry best practices. • The candidate should be able to manage the downtime of network servers and links. • Be able to manage firewall, security and adhere to BSP IT requirements. • Good to have a banking background.
