By streamlining real-time optichannel execution, leveraging AI, and focusing on measurable impact, we are driving a paradigm shift from sluggish, siloed customer engagement efforts to agile, data-driven strategies that deliver unmatched efficiency and tangible results.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced IT & Security Operations Manager to oversee internal IT operations, employee technology support, endpoint and identity management, and compliance-related technology controls across PharmaForceIQ. Reporting to HR or Operations, this role will serve as a hands-on partner to the business, ensuring employees have reliable, secure, and well-supported technology while helping maintain the company’s security and compliance posture, including SOC 2 audits and related frameworks and audits.

This role is well suited for a candidate who can balance day-to-day IT support with stronger operational ownership across security administration, access management, device lifecycle management, and internal control support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary internal contact for employee IT support, device issues, and access requests.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding workflows, including account provisioning, permissions, hardware setup, and access removal.
  • Administer internal systems and SaaS tools, including user access, configuration, and routine troubleshooting.
  • Oversee endpoint management across Windows, macOS, Google Workspace and mobile devices.
  • Support identity and access management processes, including MFA, RBAC, account reviews, and password/access hygiene.
  • Maintain asset inventory, software inventory, and system documentation.
  • Coordinate procurement, licensing, renewal, and vendor support for IT tools and services.
  • Support SOC 2 and related compliance efforts through evidence collection, access reviews, policy support, and control documentation.
  • Assist with cloud, endpoint, and security monitoring tools as needed.
  • Partner with HR, Finance, Operations, and leadership to support employee lifecycle and technology needs.
  • Recommend and implement improvements to internal IT processes, tooling, and employee experience.
  • Escalate complex security, networking, or infrastructure issues to external partners or specialized support when needed.

Prerequisites:

  • 8+ years of experience in IT operations, systems engineering, IT support, or security operations.
  • Experience supporting internal employees in a remote or hybrid environment.
  • Experience with SOC 2, access controls, endpoint security, and internal compliance processes strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing small IT environments with broad hands-on responsibility.
  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, hospitality, or similarly regulated environments is a plus.

Hard Skills:

  • Experience with endpoint tools, identity tools, and SaaS administration.
  • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS, Linux, and mobile device management.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JumpCloud, Intune, JAMF, Active Directory, Okta, DUO, or similar.
  • Strong understanding of SOC 2 support activities, including access reviews and evidence collection.
  • Knowledge of cloud and infrastructure security basics.
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
  • Experience with ticketing systems, asset tracking, and internal IT workflows.

Soft Skills:

  • Strong customer service and employee support orientation.
  • Excellent communication and follow-through.
  • Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented.
  • Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities.
  • Practical, solutions-focused, and accountable.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
  • Experience leading or managing IT operations or security-adjacent support functions preferred.
  • Certifications in cybersecurity, IT service management, or compliance are a plus.
  • Background supporting SOC 2, ISO 27001, HITRUST, HIPAA, or similar frameworks is highly desirable.

Why Join Us?

  • Enjoy the flexibility of a remote work environment.
  • Play a critical role in supporting a fast-growing, mission-driven company.
