Systems Test Engineer

Location: About the role: In this role you will support testing and validation activities for coffee machine Full Auto development, ensuring product performance, quality, and compliance with internal and external standards across the full development lifecycle, from prototype to industrialization. This role aims to build strong internal technical capability in testing and validation and support long-term growth of know-how within the team. The impact you’ll make: Key Responsibilities • Execution of functional, performance, and reliability tests on coffee machine systems • Definition and maintenance of test cases and validation protocols • Analysis of test results and identification of defects and improvement opportunities • Collaboration with R&D, Quality, and Engineering teams • Support during prototype development, validation cycles, and troubleshooting activities • Contribution to continuous improvement of testing methodologies and lab processes • Accurate documentation of all testing activities in line with internal standards The skills and knowledge you’ll bring: Technical Requirements • Technical background (mechanical, electrical, mechatronic or similar) • Previous experience in testing, validation, production, or technical hands-on environments is a plus • Ability to read and understand technical drawings and basic specifications • Basic understanding of testing principles and structured problem-solving approach • Strong practical mindset and willingness to work with physical prototypes and lab equipment • Labview knowledge for litttle bench setup ( Would benefit us) • Strong “hands-on” attitude and willingness to work in a practical engineering environment • High motivation and genuine “can-do” mindset • Curiosity and willingness to learn on the job • Reliability and consistency in executing test activities with attention to detail • Proactive approach and willingness to take initiative when issues arise • Good teamwork attitude and ability to collaborate with different functions • Resilience in dealing with iterative testing cycles and problem-solving activities Nice to have • Experience with coffee machines or small domestic appliances • Exposure to testing labs or industrial environments • Familiarity with basic measurement tools or testing equipment What we’ll give you in return: Internationally competitive base salary, benchmarked against global industry and markets leader Performance-based Annual Incentive Program Hybrid working model, effectively combining working from the office and home, depending on team dynamics and personal needs High-growth environment, offering exciting learning and career development perspectives beyond your first role Inclusive working culture and family spirit; we embrace our international community and diversity as a competitive advantage Ready to make an impact?
