As a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, based in Romania, you will play a key role in attracting and hiring talent across Europe. Supporting a broad range of functions, you will partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to deliver end-to-end recruitment solutions across countries including France, the UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Poland, Hungary and Romania.

This role requires fluency in both French and English, enabling you to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders across the region.

How You'll Help Us Grow

• Deliver full lifecycle recruitment across multiple business functions throughout Europe
• Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop effective hiring strategies
• Build strong talent pipelines across commercial, manufacturing, operations, supply chain, research & development, finance, HR and corporate functions
• Provide market intelligence, talent mapping and recruitment advice to support business growth
• Develop sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates
• Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while ensuring an exceptional candidate experience
• Support recruitment projects, workforce planning and reporting across the region
• Collaborate with global talent acquisition and people and performance teams to ensure alignment with Nufarm recruitment processes and standards
• Promote diversity, inclusion and employer branding initiatives
  
  

Could This Be You?

• Proven recruitment experience, either in-house or agency, across multiple functions
• Experience supporting hiring across European markets
• Fluent in French and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages
• Strong sourcing, talent mapping and candidate engagement skills
• Ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders across different countries and cultures
• Comfortable working in a matrixed, global organisation
• Highly organised, proactive and delivery-focused
• Able to manage competing priorities and multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously
