At Inchcape Digital, we're looking for a Talent Acquisition Assistant to support our recruitment team with candidate coordination, administrative tasks, and interview management. This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or an early-career professional looking to gain hands-on experience in recruitment within a global organization.

What You'll Do

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate screening interviews.
• Support candidate communications throughout the recruitment process.
• Assist with recruitment administration and data management.
• Keep recruitment systems and candidate records up to date.

What We're Looking For

• Recent graduate or professional with 1-2 years of experience in Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, or related fields.
• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• English level B2 or higher.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.
