What You’ll Do Liaise daily with students and professionals seeking qualified work opportunities in Australia Support the team in writing compelling job descriptions Source candidates against client requirements and manage the first round of interviews using our recruitment methodology Promote our job and internship offers, and identify new channels to attract candidates Contribute to Australiance's marketing and communications, including visual content, articles, newsletters, and website updates Support internal process improvement initiatives as needed Details Duration: 6 months Type: Full-time Start date: September 2026 Location: Sydney, Australia Monthly allowance provided to support some expenses during internship About You Currently studying business, Human Resources, or a related field Can-do attitude , comfortable combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution Fast learner, proactive, and detail-oriented Genuinely curious about the startup and innovation ecosystem Fluent in English, written and spoken What You'll Gain Hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment for international clients Direct access to the startup and investor ecosystem through Startup&Angels' network and events Mentorship from an experienced, agile team in a fast-growing agency
