Talent Acquisition Partner We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to play a key role in delivering high-quality, high-volume recruitment while helping us evolve how we attract, engage and hire talent. This is an exciting opportunity to join our Talent Acquisition team, where you’ll influence strategy, enhance our employer brand, and drive direct sourcing initiatives. This is a 5-month maternity cover working remotely (within the UK) starting on 5th October 2026. As our Talent Acquisition Partner, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and People & OD colleagues to deliver end-to-end recruitment across a wide range of roles (500+ annually), while also contributing to continuous improvement projects. Managing end-to-end recruitment campaigns, from briefing through to offer Advising stakeholders on effective sourcing strategies using data and market insight Building engaging, on-brand job adverts and talent attraction content Proactively sourcing passive candidates through online platforms and social media Enhancing our employer brand and EVP across multiple channels Optimising recruitment channels (e.g. LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor) and evaluating performance Developing standardised recruitment processes, tools and templates Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation Is this you?: Proven experience in recruitment (in-house or agency) Experience sourcing candidates directly (LinkedIn, job boards, social platforms) Confidence managing stakeholders and influencing hiring decisions Excellent written and verbal communication skills A proactive, solutions-focused mindset Experience of developing and running successful recruitment campaigns and online search activity Please view the job description for a full overview of the role and its requirements: Talent Acquisition Partner job description & Team Member roles & responsibilities Closing date for application is Sunday 23rd August 2026.
