We are now expanding our Talent Acquisition team so that we can provide even more support to our organisation, and we are therefore looking for a new Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in Aarhus. Scope of the role You will combine hands-on recruitment with close business partnering, working with hiring managers to understand their needs, challenge where needed, and ensure a professional experience for both candidates and the business. From defining the profile and creating the job advertisement to sourcing, screening, interviewing, and supporting the final selection, you will own the process and ensure a great candidate experience. You will focus on advising managers and helping them make strong, well-informed, bias-free hiring decisions. With our stores as an important part of your portfolio, you will help ensure that our retail teams have the people and capabilities they need to deliver great customer experiences. You will also contribute to continuously improving our recruitment processes, tools, and ways of working. You will work from our Danish headquarters in Tilst, Aarhus, with flexibility for hybrid working and regular travel to our stores. Your Key Responsibilities Partner with hiring managers and Store Managers to understand recruitment needs and define effective hiring approaches Lead end-to-end recruitment processes across Nobia with a focus on our stores Source and engage candidates through relevant channels, including proactive search Challenge and advise hiring managers throughout the recruitment process Ensure a strong and consistent candidate experience Contribute to improving recruitment processes, tools**,** and talent attraction initiatives What We Are Looking For We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner who combines strong Talent Acquisition expertise with a genuine interest in the business. You might come from an in-house Talent Acquisition function or a recruitment/search environment. What matters most is that you: Have solid experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes Have experience with retail, sales, or high-volume recruitment – this is an advantage, but not a requirement Are curious about new technologies, digital tools and evolving ways of working within Talent Acquisition Build trusted relationships and are confident advising and challenging hiring managers Care about quality of hire and creating a great candidate experience Have a commercial mindset and enjoy understanding the business behind the recruitment need Have a relevant degree or educational background (e.g. Human Resources, Psychology, Business Economics, or similar) Are fluent in Danish and English, both written and spoken What We Offer Nobia is on an exciting growth journey, and this role is no exception.
