About Enery

Enery is an independent power producer developing and operating renewable energy projects across ten European markets: Austria, Bulgaria, Czechia, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, Slovakia and Slovenia.

We're a growing international business with lean teams, short decision paths and a strong focus on getting things done. From our Vienna headquarters, we work across borders to accelerate the energy transition.

The role

We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner who takes ownership, gets things moving and delivers results. You'll personally drive recruitment for business-critical positions across Enery while helping us take our Talent Acquisition function to the next level.

Reporting directly to our Chief People Officer, you'll have the autonomy to make things happen, direct access to business leaders and the opportunity to shape how we hire as we grow.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys the challenge of finding great talent, building strong relationships and turning ideas into action.

What you'll own

  • Deliver hiring results. Own multiple vacancies end to end, from understanding business needs and sourcing candidates to securing accepted offers. Take accountability for progress, quality and delivery.
  • Partner with the business. Work closely with hiring managers, challenge assumptions, set clear expectations and drive timely, well-informed hiring decisions.
  • Find talent others struggle to reach. Proactively source candidates and build strong pipelines for specialist roles across business development, grid, M&A, finance and construction.
  • Drive recruitment through every channel. Lead direct sourcing efforts, manage external recruitment agencies and ensure we get the best results from our resources.
  • Keep things moving. Anticipate obstacles, manage competing priorities, follow through on commitments and escalate early when decisions or support are needed.
  • Be the face of Enery. Represent our company with credibility and enthusiasm, build strong candidate relationships and deliver an excellent candidate experience.
  • Make hiring visible and measurable. Keep stakeholders informed, track recruitment performance through Workday and use data to identify issues and drive action.
  • Help take Talent Acquisition further. Partner with the Chief People Officer to challenge existing practices, improve processes and turn ideas into practical improvements that make hiring faster, smarter and more effective.

What you bring

  • Proven recruitment experience. At least 5 years of hands-on, full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in-house, with a strong track record in senior and specialist hiring.
  • Strong sourcing skills. You know how to find and engage hard-to-reach talent through LinkedIn Recruiter, direct outreach, networks and creative sourcing approaches.
  • A genuine sense of ownership. You take initiative, do what you say you'll do and don't let things fall through the cracks. You know when to act independently and when to ask for support.
  • Drive and a continuous improvement mindset. You're naturally proactive, solution-oriented and always looking for better ways to get things done.
  • Sound business judgment. You understand business priorities, ask the right questions and can confidently influence and challenge senior stakeholders.
  • Excellent prioritization skills. You thrive in a fast-moving environment, can manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and stay on top of the details.
  • International recruitment experience. You've recruited across multiple countries, ideally in Central and Eastern Europe. Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, engineering or finance is an advantage.
  • Confidence with recruitment tools and data. You're comfortable working with an ATS, recruitment metrics and reporting. Workday experience is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills. You're fluent in English, with German strongly preferred. Another CEE language is an advantage.

What we offer

  • A permanent, full-time position at our Vienna headquarters, with hybrid working.
  • Direct access to the Chief People Officer and close collaboration with business leaders across our international operations.
  • Real autonomy, meaningful responsibility and the opportunity to influence how we build our teams.
  • A dynamic, international environment with short decision paths and room to make things happen.
  • 25 working days of paid vacation per year.
  • Eligibility for a discretionary annual bonus.

Our team is proud to have a diverse workforce, enriched by individuals from various backgrounds, nationalities, perspectives, and experiences. Our common values and commitment to sustainability unite us as we work toward shared goals. To continue fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation, we welcome candidates from all walks of life to join us. Your unique contributions will help us grow stronger together and make a meaningful impact on our collective mission.

Statutory notice: In accordance with the Austrian collective agreement for employees in information and consulting, the minimum gross monthly salary for this full-time position (40 hours/week) is €4.500. Please note that this is a legal requirement. Still, your actual compensation will be based on your qualifications and professional experience, and we would be happy to discuss it with you personally.
