Talent Acquisition Partner / Talent Acquisition Manager / Regional Talent Acquisition Lead

Role Description This is a part-time remote Owner role for Shaoxing Musa Imp & Exp Co., Ltd. The Owner is responsible for setting the overall business vision, defining strategic goals, and overseeing import and export operations to ensure compliance and profitability. Day-to-day duties include reviewing performance reports, making key decisions on suppliers, customers, and markets, and managing financial planning and budgeting. The role also involves building and maintaining business relationships, guiding marketing and sales priorities, and ensuring efficient internal processes. The Owner will coordinate with remote teams, monitor risk, and adjust strategies in response to changing global trade conditions.
Qualifications

• Strong business leadership and decision-making skills, with the ability to set clear strategic direction and drive results.
• Experience in import/export, international trade, or global supply chain management.
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, cost control, and basic financial analysis.
• Effective communication and negotiation skills for working with partners, customers, and vendors across different regions.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Familiarity with trade regulations, contracts, and risk management practices.
• Comfort with digital tools for remote collaboration, data analysis, and document management.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Trade, Finance, or a related field is preferred; relevant experience may substitute.
