Responsibilities: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop job descriptions. Source potential candidates through online channels, social media, and professional networks. Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Conduct interviews and assess candidates' relevant knowledge, skills, experience, and cultural fit. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and collect feedback. Extend job offers and negotiate employment terms. Manage the onboarding process for new hires. Track key recruitment metrics and provide regular reports to management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices and employment laws. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Experience using applicant tracking systems and HR databases.
