You’ll actively source and engage talent, in all our Matrix42 countries in Europe, and make sure candidates have a smooth and positive experience throughout the process. You’ll work closely with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, learning how the business works and what great hiring really looks like. At the same time, you’ll have the space to take ownership—building pipelines, trying new approaches, and continuously improving how we hire. This role is hands-on and fast-moving, and it suits someone who brings energy, takes initiative, and enjoys making things happen.
