TalentBoost 360 is seeking a driven and commercially minded Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing recruitment team in Malta.

What is expected of you?
- Manage the recruitment process from candidate sourcing and screening through to interviews, offers, and successful placements
- Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals, networking, and internal databases
- Conduct screening interviews to assess candidates' experience, motivation, availability, expectations, and career goals
- Match candidates with suitable opportunities based on their experience and professional aspirations
- Prepare professional candidate summaries and present strong profiles to clients
- Build trusted and long-term relationships with candidates
- Create and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant platforms
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates and clients
- Prepare candidates for interviews and provide constructive guidance throughout the process
- Support candidates during offer negotiations, resignations, counteroffers, and onboarding
- Manage multiple vacancies across different industries and levels of seniority
- Develop candidate pipelines for current and upcoming opportunities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records within the recruitment system
- Work toward individual and team targets while contributing to the continued growth of TalentBoost 360
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency
- A good understanding of candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in approaching candidates and conducting screening interviews
- A proactive, competitive, and results-oriented mindset
- Strong organisational, time-management, and follow-up skills
- The ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously
- Resilience and the ability to remain motivated in a target-driven environment
- Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency in an additional European language would be considered an asset
- Good working knowledge of LinkedIn, Microsoft Office, and online recruitment platforms
- A genuine interest in helping candidates progress in their careers
- The ambition to develop professionally and increase earnings through strong performance
Knowledge of the Maltese employment market and experience recruiting across multiple industries would be considered advantageous.
