Talent Acquisition Specialist (Telecom Recruitment)

📍 Remote | Kenya

🕒 Monday to Friday | 12 PM - 8 PM CST

🌎 Advanced English (C1)

Must Have:

• 3+ years of recruitment experience.
• Experience recruiting for Telecom, Fiber Optics, Utility Construction, Construction, Skilled Trades, HDD/Directional Drilling, or Field Operations roles.
• Strong sourcing skills (LinkedIn, Indeed, Boolean Search, passive candidates, competitor mapping).
• Experience managing ATS, recruiting pipelines, and candidate trackers.
• Experience working directly with hiring managers and clients.
• Advanced English (C1).

Preferred Background:Candidates with experience recruiting for telecom infrastructure, fiber deployment, utility contractors, network installation, or similar companies.

Not a Fit: Recruiters with experience focused only on Software Engineering, Corporate IT, SaaS, FinTech, or HealthTech positions.
