The RoleWe are seeking a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to support end-to-end recruitment activities and help identify qualified candidates for business-critical roles. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and deliver a positive recruitment experience. The ideal candidate combines strong communication skills with sound judgment, effective organization, and a genuine interest in connecting people with opportunities.
Key Responsibilities- Manage recruitment activities from job briefing and sourcing through screening, interview coordination, and offer support.
- Develop and publish engaging job advertisements across relevant job boards, professional networks, and recruitment platforms.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, talent databases, referrals, online communities, and other suitable channels.
- Review applications, assess qualifications, conduct initial screening calls, and maintain accurate candidate records.
- Partner with hiring managers to clarify role requirements, hiring priorities, and candidate evaluation criteria.
- Coordinate interviews, collect feedback, and maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the process.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current vacancies and future workforce needs.
- Support offer coordination, pre-employment documentation, and onboarding handovers where required.
- Track recruitment KPIs, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, pipeline conversion, and candidate response rates.
- Maintain recruitment documentation and handle candidate information confidentially.
- Identify opportunities to improve sourcing methods, recruitment workflows, and candidate experience.
- Preferred 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, staffing, or HR.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
- Practical experience with candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination, and recruitment processes.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritize deadlines, and work with diverse stakeholders.
- A professional, discreet, and candidate-focused approach to recruitment.
- Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
- Professional certifications are not required; relevant recruitment experience is valued.
