Role Description The Talent Management Specialist is a part-time, remote role responsible for designing and implementing talent initiatives that support the growth and engagement of The CEO’s Den community. Day-to-day tasks include developing and managing programs for member and team engagement, coordinating training and development sessions, and supporting performance management processes for internal staff and key community contributors. The specialist will help identify leadership potential among members and contribute to succession planning efforts for roles within the organization and its programs. This position collaborates closely with leadership to align talent strategies with organizational values, while maintaining inclusive, equitable, and supportive practices for all participants.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Employee Engagement and Talent Management to foster a high-impact, collaborative community.
- Candidates should possess skills in Training & Development to design and coordinate learning experiences, workshops, and coaching programs.
- Candidates should possess skills in Performance Management to support goal-setting, feedback, and growth for internal staff and key contributors.
- Candidates should possess skills in Succession Planning to identify potential leaders and support smooth transitions in critical roles.
- Relevant experience in HR, organizational development, or people operations, ideally in entrepreneurial or community-based settings.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment.
- Demonstrated commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practices and the ability to support diverse members across industries and backgrounds.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
