About the Role

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at BeeVision, you will take ownership of our end-to-end recruitment processes, employer branding efforts, and candidate experience while supporting general People & Culture and administrative initiatives. You will help us attract, recruit, and onboard the best talents in line with our growth strategy and unique work culture.

Responsibilities

• Organize domestic and international travel arrangements, including end-to-end management of visa application processes, appointment tracking, and required documentation.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management) for technical and non-technical roles.
• Coordinate and execute seamless onboarding and orientation experiences for new hires.
• Utilize modern recruiting tools, job boards, and social media channels to build a strong talent pipeline.
• Conduct performance management support and continuous feedback processes within the People & Culture domain.
• Support employee benefits coordination and administrative processes related to HR operations.
• Oversee daily office administration duties, travel and accommodation arrangements, and office maintenance to support team experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related fields (Business Administration, Psychology, Sociology, etc.).
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or Human Resources roles (preferably in technology or manufacturing sectors).
• Strong command of HRIS systems, ATS software, job posting platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.), and recruiting channels.
• Exceptional organizational, active listening, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken).
• Multitasking and time-management skills with a strong ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-moving setup.
• Resilience: Ability to maintain a positive attitude and strong problem-solving mindset in a growing environment.
• Willingness to take ownership and get hands-on in a dynamic team culture.

This position requires a hybrid workflow between our Malıköy Factory and our Teknokent Office. Please note that shuttle service (servis) is not available for our Malıköy factory location (monthly fuel allowance is provided for commuting).
