Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic speaker)

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Talent Acquisition Specialist (Arabic Speaker) to join our team remotely on a full-time basis. Our Talent Acquisition team focuses on attracting top talent through strategic sourcing, data-driven recruitment, and innovative hiring practices to support business growth and success. Responsibilities Manage the recruitment process from job posting to hiring Conduct thorough candidate assessments to evaluate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders Use ATS to keep track of candidate applications, update candidate statuses, and maintain recruitment records Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruiting techniques to enhance talent acquisition effort Requirements At least 2 year of experience in talent acquisition Proficiency in using sourcing techniques and platforms Knowledge of candidates assessment methods Results orientation: ability to meet recruitment targets, deadlines, and metrics while maintaining high-quality standards Adaptability, problem-solving skills Attention to detail and a customer-focused mindset We offer 15 paid vacation days per year 10 paid sick leave days per year 10 days for floating Public holidays Medical budget Opportunity to work remotely Professional education budget Language learning budget Wellness budget (gym membership, sports gear and related expenses)
