Talent Attraction Partner (Contract)

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Attraction Partner to join our North America Talent Attraction team. This role will have a strong focus on supporting manufacturing and production hiring, as well as partnering with the business and staffing agencies to support our contingent workforce needs.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and is comfortable managing multiple requisitions, supporting hiring ramps, developing local talent pipelines, and partnering closely with hiring managers, HR, and external staffing partners.

As a brand ambassador for Brooks, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality talent while providing hiring leaders with proactive communication, recruiting insights, and solutions to meet both immediate and longer-term workforce needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for manufacturing, production, technician, operations, engineering, and other business-critical positions across North America, with a primary focus on manufacturing hiring.
  • Develop proactive talent pipelines to support high-volume hiring, production ramps, hard-to-fill roles, and changing workforce demands.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce plans, position requirements, hiring priorities, and expected timelines.
  • Support contingent workforce hiring, including coordination with staffing agencies, hiring managers, HR, and internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with staffing vendors to communicate hiring needs, evaluate candidate flow, address gaps, and ensure timely delivery against workforce requirements.
  • Support contingent worker-to-FTE conversions, coordinating recruiting activities and candidate movement through the appropriate hiring process.
  • Source, screen, and assess candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting events, community partnerships, and direct sourcing.
  • Maintain accurate candidate and requisition activity within Workday and ensure candidates move efficiently through each stage of the recruiting process.
  • Deliver a positive and consistent candidate experience through timely communication, interview coordination, offer management, and pre-hire follow-up.
  • Provide regular updates to hiring leaders on recruiting activity, candidate pipelines, market conditions, hiring challenges, and progress against hiring plans.
  • Partner with HR and other stakeholders to support pre-employment requirements and a smooth transition from offer acceptance to onboarding.
  • Ensure recruiting practices and job postings align with company standards and applicable employment requirements.
  • Support broader Talent Attraction initiatives and projects as business needs evolve.

Qualifications & Competencies

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, semiconductor, robotics, automation, engineering, or another technical environment.
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting for manufacturing, production, technician, skilled-trade, or operations positions, including high-volume hiring.
  • Experience supporting a contingent workforce and partnering with staffing agencies strongly preferred.
  • Experience managing multiple requisitions and shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Workday Recruiting preferred; experience with other Applicant Tracking Systems will also be considered.
  • Strong sourcing skills and experience leveraging LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals, recruiting events, and other talent channels.
  • Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to effectively partner with hiring managers, HR, staffing agencies, candidates, and other stakeholders.
  • Comfortable using recruiting data and market insights to identify challenges and recommend solutions.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong focus on candidate experience and customer service.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to independently manage multiple searches and hiring priorities.
