The Role
Do you want to work with some of the most forward-thinking, innovative and brightest minds on a daily basis? We’re looking for a Talent Partner based in the Western Cape, South Africa to support the continued growth of ASPEXX.
This is a fully remote role, working across the Design, Digital and Creative landscape. You won’t necessarily be tied to one specific desk. We’re looking for someone personable, curious and able to communicate and articulate themselves well.
Your task...
Find brilliant people. Get to know them properly. Understand what makes them tick, what they're amazing at and where they want to go next.
You’ll be building relationships with some of the best designers, creatives, innovators and digital talent across the globe. That means being curious, tenacious and creative about finding people others don't. Matchmaking is at the heart of this role.

Here’s what you’ll be doing...
- Searching for exceptional design, creative and digital talent globally
- Using LinkedIn Recruiter and recruitment technology to find them
- Running candidate screening calls and creating strong talent pipelines
- Taking ownership of the candidate process, including sourcing, CV screening, interview preparation and offer negotiations
- Building strong relationships with candidates
- Building your personal brand alongside ASPEXX
If you’re keen to apply, we’re looking for...
- 3-5 years’ recruitment experience is desired
- Experience matters, but so does the human behind it. We're interested in how you think, communicate, build relationships and what you'll bring to the team.
- Previous experience working with a recruitment CRM
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- A strong understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Attention to detail with the ability to solve problems
- The ability to multitask and prioritise workflows
- Stakeholder management experience would be beneficial
- Experience across Design, Creative, Digital or emerging AI talent markets would be a bonus
