About the opportunity:


Due to exciting and continued growth, our People & Culture department are looking for a Talent & People Specialist to join their team. This position will be full-time, permanent, hybrid (2 days in the office) and based in our Dublin office.


This versatile people-focused role combines talent acquisition with HR operations in a fast-growing professional services business. The Talent and People Specialist will provide comprehensive support throughout the employee lifecycle, with a significant focus on recruitment as the firm continues to expand. The position is ideal for an ambitious HR professional who enjoys recruitment, building relationships, and supporting a growing organisation.

You can expect your duties will include:


Talent Acquisition:


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for graduate and experienced hires.
  • Work with hiring managers to identify Talent Acquisition needs and agree hiring strategies.
  • Prepare job advertisements and source candidates through relevant channels.
  • Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate selection interviews.
  • Manage candidate communications, offers and pre-employment checks.
  • Support employer branding, recruitment events, and talent pipeline development.
  • Track Talent Acquisition activity and provide regular hiring updates.


People Support:


  • Represent People & Culture within the firm.
  • Coordinate onboarding, induction, and employee communications.
  • Support employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Provide first-line HR advice and assist with employee relations matters.
  • Support probation, performance management, and learning & development.
  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
  • Support HR policy development and implementation.
  • Maintain confidentiality and support compliance with Irish employment legislation, firm policies, and GDPR


What we are looking for:


Essential Experience


  • At least two years of experience in a talent acquisition role
  • Strong working knowledge of Irish employment legislation.
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders in a professional environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a wider team
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills.


Desirable Experience

  • Experience managing multiple recruitment campaigns simultaneously.
  • Experience as a HR generalist within a professional service, accounting, legal or consulting environment.
  • CIPD qualification or equivalent HR qualification.
  • Experience using HRIS and applicant tracking systems
