Talent Programs Lead, APAC

EPAM Systems is looking for a Talent Programs Lead to drive employer branding and recruitment marketing programs for tech talent across Asia-Pacific.

You will own programs end to end — from idea and budget through launch and results — reaching engineers and tech communities across Vietnam, Malaysia, China and the wider APAC region. Your strategies and campaigns will help EPAM grow its engineering teams: you'll build programs people remember, use audience behavior data and AI tools to improve them, and work with a multicultural regional and global team.

A key focus of the role is EPAM's referral channel — already one of our top-3 hiring channels by efficiency and recognized with Silver for Best Recruitment Referral System at Singapore's Employee Experience Awards 2023. You will own our three referral programs (internal, external, affiliate) with a mandate to double the channel's share of hires, with an agreed budget and the freedom to design incentives, test, and scale what performs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer branding and talent attraction programs aligned with regional and global objectives
• Own and grow EPAM's APAC referral programs (internal, external, affiliate) — strategy, incentive design, ambassador initiatives and campaigns — with growth of the channel's share of hires as a key performance measure
• Drive recruitment marketing campaigns across digital channels, including job posts, email nurture programs and paid campaigns, to increase brand awareness and candidate engagement
• Partner closely with recruiters and talent sourcing teams across APAC to support hiring growth, strengthen talent pipelines, and improve candidate experience
• Create engaging, localized content showcasing EPAM's culture, technologies, people, projects and career opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with tech communities, universities, industry partners and external stakeholders across the region
• Collaborate with Global and Regional Marketing teams to ensure brand consistency while adapting communications for local market relevance
• Support and organize tech events, meetups, webinars and university activities to strengthen EPAM's visibility in the technology market

Requirements

• Proven experience in Employer Branding, Recruitment Marketing, Talent Attraction, Digital Marketing or related fields
• Experience leading or growing referral, advocacy or lifecycle marketing programs, with measurable results
• Strong understanding of the IT talent market and technology community landscape in the APAC region
• Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns and content-driven initiatives
• An entrepreneurial, self-starting approach: comfortable owning a budget, testing ideas and being measured on outcomes
• Familiarity with AI tools, frameworks and prompt engineering to optimize marketing workflows, content generation and campaign performance
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills in dynamic, fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication, storytelling and content creation skills in English, including copywriting and visual content

Nice to have

• Experience in IT services, software outsourcing or multinational technology environments
• Experience organizing tech community events, meetups, webinars or university engagement activities
• Mandarin or other regional languages
