Job Opening: Talent Sourcer Location: Remote (South Africa) - Working US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Employment Type: Full-Time Salary: Paid in South African Rands (ZAR) Key Responsibilities Proactively source and identify qualified candidates for open positions using a variety of sourcing methods including job boards, social media, and networking. Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Screen resumes and conduct initial outreach to assess candidates’ qualifications and interest. Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate profiles. Utilize sourcing technologies and applicant tracking systems to manage candidate data and communication. Stay informed on industry trends and innovative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent. Maintain clear and timely communication with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field preferred. Experience in talent sourcing or recruitment, ideally within healthcare or technology sectors. Strong competency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, social media, and ATS platforms. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and manage multiple requisitions simultaneously. Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a remote setting. Strong organizational and time management skills.
